Salt Lake City, USA - Warren Jeff's latest "revelations from God" contain some disturbing passages for private investigator Sam Brower.
"He is really speaking to his followers here, not to the world," Brower said in an email. The revelation is dated May 19, the first I've seen that was written after the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals refused to hear his case. Their refusal likely means he'll spend his life in prison.
The revelation warns of "a sudden appearing of a large orb striking earth ... a holy orb of people of Israel descent ..." It's an apocalyptic symbol Jeffs' followers will pay attention to, Brower says.
And Jeffs calls for military preparation:
"... do look at military placing at land where invading enemy could come to thy easy way to land as invading force."
Another thing I noticed - Jeffs seems confident the FLDS will prevail in the protracted court battle over the sect's property trust.
"Nation on land of Zion stole my land by government unholy persecution in my order of buying land through consecrating order in my Church. Now my land shall again be in my hand," he writes, in the voice of God.
The revelation also sounds some familiar notes: Let Jeffs out of prison, stop it with the "murder of unborn children," etc.
