Bradenton, USA - A Bradenton man was arrested on several felonies Sunday after he became enraged at a group of missionaries who were visiting his home and refused to let them leave, authorities said.
Bradenton police say Jaime Gomez, 25, was listening to the missionaries tell their stories when he suddenly became enraged and threw a beer bottle against the wall.
Gomez then stood up, pushed one missionary and blocked the exit to his home with his arms. Gomez then said to the missionaries, “You guys scared? I will fight all of you,” according to a police report.
Eventually, the missionaries calmed Gomez down and he let them leave the home in the 1800 block of Martin Luther King Avenue East. They immediately called police, and Gomez was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of battery and three felony charges of false imprisonment.
