Moscow, Russia - The notorious sect leader who promised to resurrect children killed in the Beslan hostage tragedy, has been charged with swindling and defrauding those who believed he had special powers under article 159 of the Criminal Code.
The prosecutor’s office on March 20 opened a criminal case against Grigory Grabovoi. A decision is still to be made whether the detainee should be remanded in custody.
