A cult operating in New Zealand, selling water claimed to have healing powers, is the subject of a formal warning from the New South Wales Minister of Fair Trading.
The group, called "Infinity Forms of Yellow Remember", has centres in Australia, Auckland, and the United States.
It sells small bottles of water, which it claims have healing powers.
The NSW Minister, John Watkins, has formally named Infinity as an unfair trader under his state's Fair Trading Act, after the cult admitted the elixir contained only plain spring water.
Mr Watkins said his office was considering further action, and the Queensland Fair Trading Minister has also launched an investigation.
New Zealand's Commerce Commission, which polices this country fair trading laws, said it had no information on which to base any action at this stage.
