At 57 percent, a recent poll shows that the majority of South Koreans subscribe to one of the world's religions.
The poll, released Tuesday but conducted last year on 6,280 people over the age of 18 by a local religious group, also showed that Buddhism has the largest number of followers, followed by Protestantism and Catholicism.
